Smell (Irrelevant to effects)
Biofield CBD Gel Capsules don’t have much of a scent. This is because the oil is contained within gel capsules and also because the hemp CBD contained in them is in pure isolate form. The most apparent smell from the bottle is that of the gel casing itself.
Taste (Irrelevant to effects)
As with the smell, there isn’t much of a taste with these gel capsules either. The outer casing has an expected, mild gelatin flavor. Though it’s not recommended, if these capsules are broken open, the oil inside barely has any flavor other than a slight nuttiness and flavor absorbed from the gelatin casing itself.
Consistency
These capsules are soft and smooth to the touch, which makes them easy to swallow. They aren’t hard like tablets but are somewhat springy instead. There is a pale golden color to them and they have a shiny quality from the gel casing.
Effects (Onset, Duration, Intensity)
These CBD Gel capsules take effect within 1-2 hours and last for about 6 hours depending on factors such as metabolism and dosage. In some cases, it may take a few days for CBD to build up in the body and provide its strongest effect. Some may find that these capsules have a drowsy effect, but this tends to wear off as a person becomes acclimated to the product. However, at higher doses, there will likely always be some sort of sedation effect (not to be confused with relaxation).
This a strong product at 25 mg of CBD per serving and dosage can be adjusted to individual needs. Effects include stress and anxiety relief, general overall improvement of mood, and pain relief. With lab testing to confirm, there is no THC in this product and as such, there is no high.
