When it comes to sleep, you could say I’m the Klay Thompson of staying awake. As a result, I often feel horrible during a solid portion of the days. I threw on my most recent audiobook purchase and closed my eyes. By what I would estimate was 12:45 AM. I was asleep. The next morning I was to head out for an early morning fishing adventure, meaning I’d have to wake up at 5:00 AM. Now, I’m no mathematician, but that’s around 4.25 hours of sleep. Some might say, “Zach, that’s not the recommended amount of sleep!” To which I would respond, “Thank you, I am aware.” 

The point being, with that little sleep, you’d typically expect to wake up feeling groggy and disoriented. To my surprise, the Deep Sleep CBD Softgels did not have any lingering effects, and I woke up incredibly rested. Now, would I recommend that you test my theory? Probably not. I do, however, recommend that you test the theory with eight hours of sleep because boy, oh boy, is it delightful.
